Shield Maiden wields our strongest milk line in the herd. She first freshened as yearling in '22 and has been a consistent milk producer, peaking 17# at times, with a +10,000# record going into her five-year-old year. If you are looking for old fashioned hardiness and grit, this is your girl! Her dam represented amazing milk lines, LA scores and National competitive animals. Shieldy is a buck giver! She has been stingy with does over the years. Shieldy passed away Spring of 2026 shortly after kidding. Her genetics continue through her daughter Shield-Wave.
